Interactive Sales Platform for a 1,400+ Apartment Development

Kincsem Park is a large-scale residential development in Budapest by Bayer, consisting of 7 buildings and more than 1,400 apartments.

Beyond Visual developed a web-based real estate sales platform that enables users to explore the project intuitively and supports efficient pre-sales at scale.

The platform is designed to turn a highly complex residential project into a clear, structured, and easy-to-navigate digital experience.

 

 

Challenge

The main challenge was not visibility — but navigation.

With over 1,400 apartments across multiple buildings, the key question was how to help users stay oriented and make confident decisions within a large and complex inventory.
